Setting or positioning the shoulder blade or scapula correctly not only helps improve shoulder pain and movement but also helps reduce tension and neck pain.

Written Instructions
- Lay on your back with your hands up towards the sky.
- Punch both arms up.
- From the shoulder, rotate your hands inwards then outwards.
- Return your hands to a neutral position and allow your shoulders to retract.
- Repeat.
