About Punches

While a punching bag workout tones your body, improves cardiovascular endurance and core strength, punches are also a very effective exercise when recovering from a shoulder injury.

Punches increase the anterior shoulder strength and also force core stability.

Written Instructions

  1. Begin by holding two dumbbells of a weight that is comfortable for you, with elbows bent and thumbs up.
  2. Bring one weight out in a “punching” motion.
  3. Return to your start position, repeat, alternating arms.
