Compass Lunges is a lower extremity strengthening exercise that provides a unique stretch for a variety of areas.

Compass Lunges includes front, lateral and reverse lunges that help build strength targeting your abdominals, back muscles, glutes, quadriceps and hamstrings.
Written Instructions
- Front Lunge: Step forward and bend both knees to a 90degree angle. Return to start position, standing tall
- Lateral Lunge: Step out to the side and bend your knee to ninety degrees keeping your other leg straight. Return to start position, standing tall
- Reverse Lunge: Step one leg back and bend both knees to 90degrees. Return to start position, standing tall.
- For all directions ensure your knees do not touch the ground and you have a slight hinge into your hips at the bottom of the movement
