This unilateral exercise is great for improving balance and lateral hip strength

Written Instructions

1. Begin standing on one foot
2. Hinge into a single leg squat, then drive off of the outside of the foot and jump out to the side
3. Land on the opposite foot in that same hinged position that you began in, but on the opposite leg
4. Reverse
